Elsie Cardell – President: Elsie Cardell is one of the most trusted and respected leaders in the multicultural beauty industry, having influenced the sales destiny of national and international hair care brands representing more than $200MM in global sales. With 30 years experience in strategic sales leadership, including stints at some of the world’s leading beauty and multicultural companies (L’Oreal USA, Soft Sheen-Carson, Johnson Publishing), Elsie has a reputation as “doer” who produces measurable results with integrity, passion and fortitude. As President and Owner of Results Sales & Marketing LLC, a premier sales and marketing company, Elsie and her team provide sales direction and support for small to midsize manufacturers in some of the largest, nationally recognized mass and specialty salon retailers including Sally Beauty Supply, Ulta, JC Penney Salons, Walgreens, CVS, Target, and Walmart.

Elsie Cardell started her career in the early 80’s as an Account Manager at M&M Products, and then matriculated through various levels of regional and national sales management at a number of well-known companies with strong positions in the African American community. After working as a National Sales Manager at Soft Sheen Carson in 2001 Elsie was promoted to Director of Sales and then Assistant Vice President for L’Oreal USA, with responsibility for the national sales team and all channels and outlets of sales distribution for the US, Canada and Caribbean. Elsie’s influence with her clients and her customers is unmatched. She is known for leaving a positive impact on the brands, companies and teams she engages. When she is not negotiating multi-million dollar distribution deals, Elsie is known as a personal encourager and motivator. She is a mentor to many young people providing counsel, guidance and direction, affectionately referred to as “AuntiE™”sharing her world famous “Elsieism’s”. In her free time, Elsie provides support to the Barbara Bates Foundation and other community efforts through her membership with Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. Also, she a member of the National Association of Professional Women, Professional Beauty Association, Cosmetic Executive Women and Fellowship MB Church Chicago.

April Singleton – Vice President: She is a management and business solutions dynamo, with more than 18 years of experience within the corporate environment helping companies develop and execute corporate strategies and initiatives, operational turn-around, program development & corporate solutions, field recruitment & management, logistics, promotions and budgeting. April holds an MBA with focus in Human Resources and Accounting from Roosevelt University and a BBA with a concentration in Accounting/International Business as well as a professional license in real estate. With experience working for top companies and organizations like L’Oreal USA, City of Chicago, Walgreens, and Jones Lang LaSalle, April provides superior organizational leadership and process management for the Results team. Managing a national staff of up to 100 people, April and her team impart an unparalleled commitment to client satisfaction and distinction in service and ensure an unsurpassed client experience.  April Singleton -committed to delivering above average Results!

Natarsha J. Wilson, Sr. Business Development Manager: She began her HBA career in the 80’s as a Sales Manager with Theons Nail Polish working with local OTC’s and Rich’s Department Stores developing accounts thru product training and sales incentives. She was soon recruited for a new industry opportunity with Soft Sheen Products in its first Professional Merchandisers Program. Over the next 30 years she gained regional, national and global experience in the hair care and multicultural marketing industry having worked for Fortune 500 companies including P&G/Clairol, as well as, large independent companies such as Redken Laboratories, Soft Sheen Products and Bronner Brothers She brings brand development, sales, retailing and merchandising expertise and insight, based on a track record of consistently increasing sales and revenue an average of 30% over the last 25+ years.

Natarsha’s unique understanding of the intricacies of internal/external relationship building on all levels has greatly assisted her in project management and operation experience, personnel management, and sales expertise. Her in-depth knowledge of the principals of merchandising products for maximum retail and sales impact has played a vital role in strategic brand development.

In her free time, Natarsha volunteers with various Breast Cancer Initiatives and Hosea Feed the Homeless, serves as Block Captain for the Sylvan Hills Community and supports numerous projects at Word of Faith Family Worship Center in metro Atlanta. She has also completed training from The Global Coaching Institute in Life/Work Coaching.

Calvin Crosby: Calvin Crosby has proven to be one of the most ‘Dynamic” Sales Representative in the Health and Beauty field for many years. Calvin brings 35 years of experience filled with knowledge and a understanding of doing business in today’s global market. Calvin often says to others “you only get old when your mind is closed to learning”.  He is still learning from others.

On January 5, 1987 Calvin challenged himself by starting his own Sales & Marketing firm under the name of Advantage Sales & Marketing Company. Under that company’s umbrella he represented Dark &Lovely (now under Soft Sheen Carson),  Scientific Research, Lustrasilk, Imperial Dax Company, E. Davis and Lovely 335. With his business savvy Calvin grew a small independent Broker firm business from $1.6 million in sales a year to $13 million a year as a one man operation.  In 2005 when the business climate changed for Brokers due to smaller manufacturer buyouts to larger manufacturers  Calvin Brokered as a private label independent contractor with United One Laboratories and American Beauty Company in Tulsa Oklahoma.

In 2011 Calvin entered the Health & Beauty market again by taking a General Sales Manager Position with Professional Products Unlimited, Inc.  His responsibility to the company was to do what he did best;create, explore, and find new channels of distribution. During this period he targeted Walgreens and Sally Beauty Company, two major accounts, to make them a destination for several brands including Groganics and Jamaican Black Castor Oil.  In this season business soared by adding additional sales to grow the business in record sales increments over a 3 year period from $7.6 million to $9.4 and $11.3 million respectfully.

Calvin’s goals are still unchanged;  to create, explore and find new channels of distribution for the companies he represents in the marketplace with one exception – he wants to take the youth of today &give back the same ideas and knowledge that he’s learned ‘to create, explore and find new channels distribution not just in this industry but in Life’.

Eboni Martin: She is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, has 6 years of sales and merchandising experience, which led her to the position of Business Development Manager for Results Sales and Marketing. As she takes on the next level of her career she brings with her transcendent customer service and an incomparable desire to exceed expectations. Eboni’s sales and marketing career began in 2010 as a supervisor at one of the largest beauty supply stores in her local area. That experience afforded her the opportunity to network with vendors and led her to the path of merchandising for 2 innovative natural hair consumer brands. However, it was her personal journey, transitioning to natural hair that really fostered her love and interest with beauty products. Eboni holds a notary certification for the State of Georgia and is currently working towards completing her degree in Business Management. Also, in her spare time she enjoys giving back to her local community by coordinating and volunteering in activities helping to support displaced individuals.  Eboni’s passion for supplying prodigious service transpires in all that she does and she looks forward to providing that same level of service for you.

Jameelah Abdullateef: She began her sales career in 2013 as a Business Development Coordinator with Results Sales & Marketing. With an eagerness and strong will to develop as a prominent sales professional, Jameelah quickly excelled in her role with the company with a promotion to Senior Business Development Coordinator. She demonstrated her ability to perform at a high level in a fast paced environment; learn various company processes and internal network systems; manage multiple client requests; and provide outstanding customer service to RSM’s vast portfolio of clients.

Her recent promotion to Business Development Manager was a direct result of her proven dependability, critical thinking skills and invaluable contribution to the RSM team. Now boasting 4 -5 hair and skincare brands and products on boarded for multiple national retailers, including Walmart, CVS, Target, Walgreens, and Sally Beauty. Jameelah has solidified her place as a player in the HBA industry with plans to continue expanding the RSM portfolio and their clientele’s footprint worldwide.
