Iris has been recognized for her sales achievements in some of the US top companies such as Xerox Corporation, Canon and most recently during her 5 years at L’Oreal USA/Mizani division where she consistently delivered double digit sales growth with traditional urban beauty distributors throughout the US and most notably as Chain Salon Manager, working with national accounts JCPenney, Regis, Ratner Co., Elizabeth Arden and others to deliver unprecedented growth through brand expansion, promotions and category management. Wilson, Business Development Manager heading up the Merchandising Division brings over 20 years experience in the hair care and multicultural marketing industry. Having worked for Fortune 500 companies including P&G as well as large, independent companies such as Bronner Brothers where she served as National Promotions Director. Daniels, Sr. Project Coordinator, Merchandising and Promotions, is a numbers girl and flaunts an extensive administrative background. Her most recent role was with a consulting firm where she served as the Director of Corporate Affairs and Special Events. Over the years, she's developed communication strategies, designed programs to enable the achievement of corporate responsibility goals, and conducted recruitment and training for a number of organizations. Developing marketing and promotional initiatives are her specialties. In her early teenage years, she began working at a hair salon on the south side of Chicago as a shampoo girl and later went on to complete a nail tech program, which inspired her to leave the professional styling to the pros and to continue doing nails and hair for family and friends. As with many first loves, some things are better enjoyed as hobbies. While in college, she used her hair salon business savvy and entrepreneurial spirit to help her found and lead several organizations and continues to use those skills as a political consultant.
