As Assistant Vice President and Head of National Sales for L’Oreal’s Mizani Division, Elsie led the business to 5 consecutive years of double digit sales growth, more than doubling overall business turnover during her tenure through new customer acquisition, current customer expansion, and effective sales and distribution strategies. Prior to L’Oreal, Elsie managed numerous multicultural businesses, consistently delivering sales, share, and volume growth. She has incorporated professional salon exclusive experiences with years of retail, mass, food & drug plus OTC beauty and barber supplier distribution knowledge to provide the premier organization specializing in the sales and marketing of products and services to a multicultural clientele.

Iris Knight, National Sales Manager/Professional Division brings over 20 years of sales and business development experience specializing in innovative sales strategies to the Results team. Iris has been recognized for her sales achievements in some of the US top companies such as Xerox Corporation, Canon and most recently during her 5 years at L’Oreal USA/Mizani division where she consistently delivered double digit sales growth with traditional urban beauty distributors throughout the US and most notably as Chain Salon Manager, working with national accounts JCPenney, Regis, Ratner Co., Elizabeth Arden and others to deliver unprecedented growth through brand expansion, promotions and category management. Iris is excited and eager to accelerate Results for you.

April Singleton, National Project Manager, is a project management and customer service dynamo, with more than 8 years of experience in helping companies execute their projects, events and promotions in a timely and cost effect manner. April holds an MBA with concentration in Human Resources from Roosevelt University and a BBA with a concentration in Accounting/International Business. With experience working for top companies and organizations like L'Oreal USA, City of Chicago and Jones Lang LaSalle, April provides superior organizational, process management and project coordination for the Results team. Having managed a national staff ranging from 10 to 75 people, April and her team leverage their skill in multi-tasking to make every project flow seamlessly, as if it were the only one! N.J. Wilson, Business Development Manager heading up the Merchandising Division brings over 20 years experience in the hair care and multicultural marketing industry. Having worked for Fortune 500 companies including P&G as well as large, independent companies such as Bronner Brothers where she served as National Promotions Director. She brings retailing and merchandising expertise and insight, based on a track record of consistently increasing sales and revenue an average of 20% over the last 15 years and understands the intricacies of merchandising products for maximum retail and sales impact. With operation experience, personnel management, and sales expertise, N.J. commits to delivering the Results you desire.

Lanyaird A. Smith, Key Accounts Manager, has made great strides in brand building and market share development through sales and marketing for various companies in the private and public sector. He is a professional salesman; educator and motivator who utilizes over 20 years experience in sales and marketing in Health and Beauty, Health Education, and Telecommunications industries to extend the awareness for each and every company he represents. His vision for success has allowed him to take companies like Sprint, Vitale Hair Products, Alberto Culver Inc. (Motions), Johnson Products Company (Sensitive by Nature) up the ladder of success in meeting their corporate sales objectives and milestones with successful product launches on the National and International levels. He would be considered a trailblazer as it pertains to establishing brand awareness and market share for new products.

Known for his hard work Lanyaird, has helped increase product distribution which has led to unprecedented sales for those companies he has worked for in the past. He now brings that same dedication, strategic and methodical sales approach to the Results Sales and Marketing Team. His experience and expertise is sure to pay great dividends to the company, clients and the customers they represent.

Lisa Conwell, Southeast Territory Manager, brings 15 plus years of managerial, sales and customer service expertise to Results Sales Marketing. Knowledge of hair care products developed through childhood eyes, as Lisa watched her parents manage their family owned beauty supply store. Carrying that wisdom into adulthood, Lisa developed innovative marketing techniques, which garnered her accolades as top sales consultant and distributor of Atlanta’s minority and beauty supply business.  Encouraging and training associates to serve clients through leading-edge beauty care and exceptional customer service, Lisa achieved her mission to increase clientele by 30%.  Her latest goal is to complete a business management degree where she currently maintains honor status.
